Over the past 25 years, we have created a set of unique and comprehensive commercial real estate databases, designed with the needs of our clients firmly in mind. These databases have been created to adapt quickly, both to market changes and to our clients’ needs. INVESTMENT TRANSACTIONS
This database lists non-residential real estate investment transactions nationwide, made by both French and foreign institutional investors. While not exhaustive, it covers a significant number of transactions in Île-de-France since 1995 and in regional markets since 1999.
USER TRANSACTIONS
This database lists rental transactions and user sales of offices, retail properties, light industrial sites and warehouses throughout France. It can be an invaluable asset to clients, providing lists of comparable properties when they are reviewing a project, or trying to determine asset values. It is exhaustive for large-size office transactions in the Île-de-France region since the mid-1990s.
LARGE-SURFACE OFFICE SUPPLY
This database details new and second-hand office space over 5,000 m² available throughout the Île-de-France region, allowing us to fully track changes in large-surface supply since the early 2000s. We can also, on demand, monitor supply in major French regional cities.
